When our inspector arrives at your new home for an inspection, they typically dedicate 2-4 hours, adjusted to the house's size. He will carefully examining the structure, finishes and interior decoration for any potential issues. He will document notes, take measurements, and images, compiling these details into a formal snagging list report that will be delivered to you within 48 hours of the inspection in PDF of XLS format with photographic evidence .
